Build Your Career With a Company That Cares

UNIFI offers the chance to be a part of something bigger. We believe board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) can change the world — and are reimagining the role to empower you to do just that. Our innovative model of autism care aims to improve outcomes by collaborating and integrating patient care with the patient’s other healthcare providers and positions BCBAs as equal members of a child’s health resource community.

We have great respect for those working in behavior analysis and ensure our BCBAs are given a seat at the table in discussions and decisions regarding patient care. At UNIFI, you will also have a manageable work/life balance, support from leadership and opportunities for professional development and career advancement. We prioritize the well-being of our employees and strive to foster a culture where they feel valued, appreciated, recognized, heard, and supported in a fun, friendly, and collaborative environment. And perhaps most importantly, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in autism care. That means you’ll have the opportunity to shape the evolution of the field, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.
