Erin Quirk

Erin Quirk has over 16 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2006, holding various clinical roles and working directly with patients and families for nearly 5 years.

In 2011, Erin transitioned from a clinical role into human resources, drawing on her strong background in ABA to recruit, onboard, train, and support ABA clinicians and other team members. She excels at building high-performing teams.

She worked for much of her career at a large non-profit ABA provider in Indiana. She was part of its tremendous growth, overseeing the recruiting for the opening of several new centers, while ensuring the organization’s ABA core values were maintained.

Erin is passionate about creating a positive employee experience and cultivating a collaborative, supportive company culture. She firmly believes that investing in employees and optimizing the work environment will lead to the best outcomes for patients.
